Purpose of Using Personal Information

As part of the member registration process, we collect personal information for the purpose outlined in the “Use of Personal Information” section of the “Customer Information for Use of Online Vietnamese Conversation Services” disclosure. This personal information will only be used within the scope of its intended purpose. We also use a technology called Cookies to manage login status, but this does not include any data that specifically identifies individuals.

Regarding Provision to Third Parties

We will not provide personal information collected from you to any third party outside of our company without your consent.

Regarding Outsourcing to External Parties

We disclose names or nicknames of the collected personal information through our information system to our instructors (including those residing overseas) and operating staff contracted with our company for scheduling related to lesson implementation. We also entrust certain aspects of handling personal information to external companies for system operation maintenance, ad delivery, product development, surveys, analyses, and customer trend analyses. When outsourcing to external entities, our company will enter into contracts regarding personal information and conduct appropriate management and supervision.

About the Voluntariness of Collection

Providing your personal information to us is voluntary. However, since our service provision requires personal information, if you do not provide this information, your registration will not be completed, and you will not be able to attend lessons.

Regarding Requests for Disclosure of Personal Information

Users have the right to request notification of the purpose of use of our service, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion of items, erasure or suspension of use, and cessation of provision of personal information. If you wish to be notified of the purpose of use of personal information, you can check it at any time from the public disclosure. You can check and correct the personal information we have collected from the page of basic information after logging in. If you registered as a member using an external service account, we receive account information from the external service with your consent. Please check or change the relevant personal information on the external service from which it was linked. It cannot be checked in the above “basic information”. If you wish to delete the personal information we have collected, please apply for account deletion according to the specified procedure. If you wish to make a request for disclosure of your own personal information, please contact the inquiry desk below. We will promptly respond in accordance with our company’s personal information management procedures.
